Limited Warranty

TERMS 

BRUCAJ LLC provides 90 day warranty for all Brucaj Eyewear brand sunglasses/product that is purchased directly from this site. This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship (“Manufacturer’s Defect”). 

WHAT IS COVERED?

This limited warranty does not cover damages to the Product(s) caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the Product(s), or unauthorized modifications or repairs. Lost or stolen items are not covered. Also, Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by this limited warranty, unless you can prove the Product had that damage at the time of purchase.

How to Claim?

Please submit an clear image of the damaged sunglass/product with a brief description of the damage/s. Please also include your name, date of purchase and invoice number to warranty@brucajeyewear.com. Within five (5) business days of submission of your request, BRUCAJ LLC will evaluate your request and advise if BRUCAJ LLC finds that the damage is covered under this limited warranty. If it is determined that your Product has a Manufacturer’s Defect, we will replace that Product at no cost to you. BRUCAJ LLC has sole discretion to determine Manufacturer’s Defects.
